Description

The GTS1800WD (Wheel Driven) is a self-propelled chipper for commercial users in the tree and garden care sector. Thanks to the battery-powered system (2 x 12 V), this machine is easy to move. With a full battery, a distance of approximately 6 km on flat ground or 2 km on hilly or muddy terrain can be covered. The system has 2 forward gears (3 and 6 km/h) and 2 reverse gears (1.5 and 3 km/h).

The drive system is suitable for slopes of up to 15°, so you can easily load the machine into a van or onto a trailer. With 2 solid pneumatic tires at the rear and 2 swivel wheels at the front, the GTS1800WD is very maneuverable. Steering is easy via the control console, which is mounted under the intake. The desired speed can also be set here and you also have a good overview of the remaining battery life.

This chipper has a 21 HP Honda GX630 engine and is suitable for chipping branches up to 12 cm in diameter (dry wood 10 cm). The efficient rotor chipper system automatically pulls the branches inwards, which guarantees a high working speed. The PRO blades made of high-alloy steel have a particularly long service life and are equipped with two cutting edges. When both sides are worn, the blades can be sharpened (always have this done by a specialist).

There is also a safety pressure bar on the infeed, which stops the machine immediately in emergency situations. The GTS1800WD is equipped as standard with a 270° rotating ejector and an operating hour meter.
