Honda Optiflow System

All Honda lawn tractors, including the Honda lawn tractor HF 2625 HT, have the unique Honda Optiflow airflow system .
The core of this system is the optimization of the airflow . From the intake above the mowing deck to the exit from the grass catcher: the air is guided optimally. The result is a perfect cutting pattern and the best catching properties , even with wet grass.

Additional openings above the mowing deck allow a particularly large amount of air to be sucked in. This forms the basis for the Optiflow air flow.

There is a turbine above each blade bar . These turbines absorb the air that is sucked in with their blades and transport the clippings with maximum air flow towards the discharge channel. The air intake causes the blades of grass to stand upright, resulting in a particularly even cut . In addition, the strong air flow ensures that the clippings are transported particularly thoroughly into the discharge channel.

The discharge channel itself is also optimized for airflow. Its tapered design increases the speed of the airflow and the clippings are quickly transported into the collection bag with high energy. This means that there is no jamming even when the grass is higher. The work result is consistently optimal.

In order for the system to function optimally until the end of the air flow, the air mass must be able to escape optimally from the collecting basket. The collecting bag made of durable textile was adapted precisely for this task. The air exits the collecting bag and hits the outer slats of the collecting bag. The air is thus directed downwards, which reduces the formation of dust .

 

The battery for the electric starter must be filled with battery acid once before it can be used. By law, battery acid may not be sold loose to private individuals.

You can have your battery topped up with battery acid at many local gas stations, car repair shops and other similar businesses. This is only necessary once when you first start up the battery.
