Purchase Conditions:

The prices charged are all inclusive of VAT and are already the minimum prices. Please do not make any requests for further discounts, as they will not be taken into account.

Post-purchase Phase:

You will receive various e-mails with which we will update you on the various order statuses:
a) correct receipt of the order and confirmation of data;
b) receipt of payment;
c) advance dispatch of the invoice in PDF;
d) notification of transfer of the order to the warehouse for the preparation phase;
e) dispatch of the order with the attached tracking link to follow its progress;
f) dispatch of the assistance centres, access to the reserved area and other services.

Conditions of the Online Purchase Contract

The general terms and conditions (on the following pages: purchase terms, payment, shipping, withdrawal & privacy, warranty), are applicable to all offers on this site (https://lawnmattic.com/) of the company LawnMattic, XX XXX, XXX with VAT number XXX. By making the purchase, the customer acknowledges the effectiveness and applicability of these general conditions by accepting them WITHOUT RESERVATION (thus constituting the entire agreement between the parties). Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the customer undertakes and is obliged to print and keep the general conditions set out on the various pages of the website, which, moreover, he/she will have already read and accepted as a compulsory step in the purchase process, as well as the specifications of the product purchased, in order to fully satisfy the condition set out in Articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree no. 206/05.
It is strictly forbidden for the purchaser to enter false and/or fictitious data in the online order procedure required to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the relative further communications; it is expressly forbidden to make multiple registrations corresponding to the same person or to enter third-party or fictitious data. The customer authorises the company LawnMattic and undertakes to provide, at the latter’s discretionary request, copies of unexpired identity documents. Failure to comply with the request for documents entitles LawnMattic to terminate the contract due to non-compliance by the purchaser. LawnMattic reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers. The Customer relieves LawnMattic from any responsibility arising from the issuing of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the Customer, he/she being solely responsible for the correct entry.

The prices of the products may vary continuously, as a result of constant changes in market conditions, and our costs of acquisition, management, transport, logistics, etc… In the event of an error in the publication price of a product, any order for this will not be processed and will consequently be cancelled.

LawnMattic reserves the right to remove or modify the contents of the site at its discretion, in the event of violation of applicable legal provisions, these General Conditions of Use, or applicable guidelines or policies. It is forbidden for the user to open more than one account, using different credentials (such as email address, physical address, names of other family members for personal purposes, etc.). All multiple accounts will be subject to removal. LawnMattic reserves the right to prevent access to the LawnMattic site and/or services, and to restrict, suspend or close an account.

JURISDICTION:

All disputes relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of the sale and purchase agreements “online” or by fax obtained through the website https://lawnmattic.com/ shall be subject to jurisdiction; these general conditions refer, for all that is not expressly provided for therein, to the combined provisions of the Legislative Decree no. 206/05.
